Howe Construction is started by Travis Howe, who was born and raised in New Paltz. Travis learned about construction as a boy, while hanging around with father as he built things. Travis bought his first piece of heavy quipment when he was 19, and starting mixing his own topsoil in search of the perfect chemistry. He started in construction building driveways and foundations with his dad.

Travis has grown his fleet into multiple excavators, a skid steer, road roller, dump truck, and many other assorted pieces of equipment. His experience is vast, as noted in the work section of the website, and his rates are very reasonable.
